In Today's Tanya Lesson The after-effects of devotional prayers (love and awe of G-d) provide sufficient strength to the Beinoni to ward off the animal-like soul during the rest of the day. As soon as a negative thought or feeling rises within, the Beinoni consciously pushes it away, not entertaining it willfully, rather doing the reverse. 

 Takeaway Someone has wronged you. Rather than hold onto resentment and anger, which can result in revenge, work towards forgiveness. Take it a step further, see if you can do him a favor.

🔸 One may be very busy, or not used to saying Chitas daily...Even saying a little bit of Chitas, one Possuk of Chumash, one Rashi, one line of Tanya, one chapter of Tehillim, is already a connection to Chitas.
