Overview of Today's Tanya Lesson from Chayenu publication 

The Flow:  A Beinoni is one whose thought, speech and action are utilized exclusively toward a G-dly purpose. However, unlike the Tzaddik, a Beinoni still has a functioning animal soul, it is just that he controls it.

 In Today's Lesson: The animal soul cannot cause the Beinoni to actually sin, because it is not the sole authority, and the Beinoni's mind, which appreciates the truth of the G-dly soul, rules over his actions.

✴ CHITAS (חת"ת) is the acronym for Chumash, Tehilim, Tanya.

💥 Chitas means also "fear".

"And the fear of Hashem was upon the cities that were around them, so that they did not pursue Yaacov's sons."

"ויהי חתת אלוקים על הערים"

(Bereshit 32:5).

🔸 One may be very busy, or not used to saying Chitas daily...Even saying a little bit of Chitas, one Possuk of Chumash, one Rashi, one line of Tanya, one chapter of Tehillim, is already a connection to Chitas.
