ענין הבתי דינין של מעלה: סידר האדון ב״ה שהנהגת עולמו כלה בין מה שלמשפט המעשים של בני הבחירה ובין למה שראוי להתחדש בעולם ובריותיו יעשה כסדר כעין מלכות הארץ וכן אז״ל מלכותא דרקיעא כעין מלכותא דארעא והיינו בתי דינין וסנהדראות עם כל דרכיהם וחוקותיהם וזה כי הנה סידר בתי דינים שונים של נמצאים רוחניים במדריגות ידועות ובסדרים ידועים שלפניהם יערכו כל הענינים הראוים לישפט ובגזירתם יקומו כל הדברים וכמ״ש דניאל (דניאל ד יד) בגזרת עירין פתגמא וכו׳‎.

Regarding the supernal courts: The Master, blessed be He, ordered that the direction of His entire world - whether that which is for the judgement of the actions of the ones with free choice or whether that which is fit to institute for the world and its creatures - would be done in an order like that of an earthly kingdom. Likewise, they, may their memory be blessed, said (Berakhot 58a), "The kingdom of the Heavens is like the kingdom of the earth." [This is to] mean courts and synods, with all of their ways and laws. And this is since He surely ordered different courts of spiritual beings of certain levels and certain orders; such that all the things that are fit to judge are placed in front of them. And according to their verdict do all the things stand, as it is written in Daniel (Daniel 4:14), "This sentence is decreed by the watchers, etc."

הדין בבית דין שלמעלה: והנה הוא ית״ש מופיע בכל הסנהדראות האלה ומשפיע בם ומעמידם על תוכן הענין שבאמת שיצא המשפט לאמתו ויש מן הסנהדראת שהקב״ה שם לראש וכענין שנאמר ראיתי את ה׳‎ יושב על כסאו וכל צבא השמים עומד עליו מימינו ומשמאלו. ופירשו ז״ל אלו מיימינים לזכות ואלו משמאלים לחובה ואמר דניאל עד די כרסון רמיו ועתיק יומין יתב ... דינא יתב וספרין פתיחו.

Judgement in the supernal court: And behold He, may His name be blessed, appears in all of these synods, and influences them and guides them to the content of the matter in truth - such that the true judgment come out. And in some of these synods, the Holy One, blessed be He, is there at the head - like the matter that is stated (I Kings 22:19), "I saw the Lord seated upon His throne, with all the host of Heaven standing in attendance to the right and to the left of Him." And they, may their memory be blessed, explained (Yerushalmi Sanhedrin 1:1), "These are going to the right for merit and those are going to the left for guilt." And Daniel said, (Daniel 7:9-10) "While thrones were set in place, and the Ancient of Days took His seat... the court sat and the books were opened."

ענין העדים בבית דין שלמעלה: ואמנם עיקר הדבר כך הוא הנה כבר ביארנו למעלה כמה מן הדקדוק נמצא בדינו של כל איש ואיש כי הנה בכלל איש מן האנשים ימצאו טענות רבות לפי סבות שונות להיות נידון האיש ההוא לדרכים רבים מדרכי המשפט ובפרט ג״כ בכל מעשה ומעשה ממנו הנה ימצאו בו בחינה לזכות ובחי׳‎ לחובה לכמה צדדין רבים כי כל עניני העולם מורכבים בהרכבות רבות באמת ונמשכים בדרכים שונים ואולם כל הבחינות האמיתיות האלה מתגלים בבתי דינין העליונים האלה לאמתם וכל א׳‎ מן הצבא הנמצא באותו הב״ד מתגלה לו לפי ענינו א׳‎ מן הבחי׳‎ עד שבין כלם מתגלות הבחי׳‎ כלם לא נכחד דבר ואז ישקל הענין לפי כל הבחינות האמיתיות ההם ותצא הגזירה כפי הנאות. ואולם הגמר הזה יעשהו מי שהוא ראש בב״ד ההוא ואם הוא מהבתי דינים שהאדון ב״ה רוצה ויושב שם לראש הנה אעפ״י שהכל צפוי לפניו יניח לכל המשרתים הצבא שלפניו שיטענו כפי המתגלה להם מבחי׳‎ הענין באמת ויגמור הדבר כפי הראוי וכמ״ש. נמצא לפי שרש זה שאין הקב״ה דן את העולם בבחי׳‎ ידיעתו אלא בבחינ׳‎ הסדרים שרצה וסידר לענין. וממה שסידר עוד בזה הוא שלא יבא לישפט ענין מהענינים בשום ב״ד מאלה עד שיובא לפניו מפקידים שהפקיד לענין זה והיינו שהנה הפקיד בחפצו ית׳‎ פקידים מן הסוג המלאכיי שישגיחו על כל הענינים ההוים בעולם ואלה יבואו לב״ד שלמעלה ויעידו על הדברים שהשיגו ונגלה להם ואז יבואו הענינים במשפט. וכבר זכרתי פעמים שאין הענינים האלה נמשכים אחר ידיעתו ית׳‎ כי לא היו שום אחד מהענינים האלה צריכים לו שהכל צפוי לפניו מעולם אלא שכן גזר וסידר בחכמתו הנפלאה. וע״פ אלה הסדרים מתנהג העולם באמת. ועל אלה הדרכים והענינים הוא שירמזו הכתובים במליצותיהם כענין שנא׳‎ וירד ה׳‎ לראות וכו׳‎ ויבאו בני האלקים להתיצב וכו׳‎ עיני ה׳‎ המה משוטטות בכל הארץ אלה אשר שלח ה׳‎ להתהלך בארץ ואחרים כאלה הכל נא׳‎ על דרכי ההנהגה הזאת כפי הסדרים שסידר ואותם המלאכים המופקדים להשגיח על עניני העולם ולהעיד עליהם יקראו עיני ה׳‎ ובהגלותו ית״ש על א׳‎ מהבתי דינים לשפוט ענין מהענינים כגון ענין בוני המגדל בזמנו נאמר וירד ה׳‎ לראות וכו׳‎ וכן כל כיוצא בזה ואולם צריך שתתבונן שאין הדמיון באלה הענינים עם מה שנעשה במלכות הארץ אלא בסדרים אך באופן העשות הדברים אין הדמיון אמיתי כי בגשמים נעשים כפי מה ששייך בהם בהשגתם ובכל עניניהם וברוחנים כפי מה ששייך בהם בהשגתם ובעניניהם:

Regarding the witnesses of the supernal court: However the essence of the matter is like this: We have already explained above how much precision is found in the judgement of each and every individual. For behold in general with every individual, many arguments will be found according to the different causes, such that the individual can be judged in many ways. And in the particulars also, each and every one of his actions is found to have an aspect of innocence and an aspect of guilt, in many different ways. For all the matters of the world are truly combined from many combinations and lead to different ways. Nevertheless, all of these true aspects are accurately revealed in these supernal courts. And each one of the host that is found in that court has one aspect revealed to him according to his [own] character, until - among all of them - every aspect is revealed; not one thing is withheld. And then the matter is weighed according to all of these true aspects, such that the decree comes out according to what is proper. However this conclusion is made by the one who is the head of that court. And if it is one of the courts that the Master, blessed be He, wants to sit at its head - note that even though everything is foreseen in front of Him, He lets all of the host of servants argue in front of Him, according to the aspect of the matter that is truly revealed to them. [Hence] the matter is concluded as it should. And it comes out according to this principle that the Holy One, blessed be He, does not judge the world from the aspect of His knowledge, but rather from the aspect of the order that He wanted to set up for the matter. And from what He further ordered is that no matter at all should be judged in any [supernal] court until appointees that He appointed for this are brought in front of Him. And this matter is that He appointed appointees of the angelic type to oversee all of the things that occur in the world. And these come to the supernal court and testify about the things that they grasped and were revealed to them, such that these matters are [all] brought to judgement. And I have already mentioned several times that these matters are not a result of His [lack of] knowledge, may He be blessed. For none of these matters are needed by Him, since everything is always foreseen by Him. Rather this is how He decreed and ordered it in His amazing wisdom. So the world truly functions according to these arrangements. And it is about these matters that Scripture hints at in its metaphors - like the matter that is stated (Genesis 11:5), "The Lord came down to look, etc."; "and the divine beings came to present themselves, etc." (Job 1:6); "the eyes of the Lord range over the whole earth" (Zechariah 4:10); "These were sent out by the Lord to roam the earth" (Zechariah 1:10); and others like them. It is all stated about the ways of [God's] direction according to the arrangements that He designed. And those angels appointed to oversee the affairs of the world and testify about them are called "the eyes of the Lord." And when He, may His name be blessed, reveals Himself to one of these courts to judge one of the matters - such as the builders of the Tower [of Babel] at its time, it is stated, "The Lord came down to look, etc." However you should reflect that the comparison in these matters to that which is done in earthly kingdoms is only about the arrangements. But in the manner that the things are done, the comparison is untrue. For the physical [judges] act in accordance with what is applicable to them, in terms of what they grasp and in all their other qualities; whereas the spiritual [judges act] in accordance with what is applicable to them, in terms of what they grasp and their qualities.

ענין הקטיגור: והנה שם האדון ב״ה את הקטיגור והוא השטן שנא׳‎ בו (איוב א ו) ויבוא גם השטן בתוכם ופקודתו לתבוע דין בבתי הדין וכשהוא תובע יתעוררו הדיינים וישפוטו. וממדת טובו ית׳‎ שלא יתפוס בדין עד שיקטרג המקטרג ואעפ״י שחטאי החוטא גלוים לפניו. ואולם גם לזה חקק חוקים וסידר סדרים פי׳‎ לקטרוגו של המקטרג איך יהיה ומתי יהיה וכענין מה שכתבו ז״ל (ב״ר צא, ט) השטן מקטרג בשעת הסכנה וכן מ״ש ז״ל (ברכות נה.) שלשה מזכירים עונותיו של אדם ופרטים רבים כיוצא בזה:

Regarding the prosecutor: And note that the Master, blessed be He, put forth a prosecutor and that is the Satan - as it is stated (Job 1:6), "and the Satan also came among them." And his appointment is to seek justice in the courts; and when he prosecutes, the judges are aroused to judge. And it is from His trait of goodness, may He be blessed, that a man not be seized in judgement until the prosecutor prosecutes - even though the sins of the sinner are revealed in front of Him. However He even inscribed laws about this and set up arrangements - meaning how and when the prosecution of the prosecutor should be. And it is like the matter that they, may their memory be blessed, wrote (Genesis Rabbah 91:9), "The Satan prosecutes at a time of [physical] danger"; and also what they, may their memory be blessed, wrote (Berakhot 55a), "Three things bring up the sin of a man"; and many other details similar to this.

חקות הדין שלמעלה: ואולם לכל עניני המשפטים האלה בכללם ובפרטיהם חוקים ודרכים מסודרים כמו שגזרה חכמתו ית׳‎ לזמני המשפט ולבחינותיו כגון מה שאמרו ז״ל בד׳‎ פרקים העולם נידון ומה שאמרו מלך נכנס תחלה מקמי דליפוש חרון אף. וכן מה שאמרו תבואה תרי דיני מתדנא וההפרשים שבין קודם גזר דין ולאחר גזר דין וכמה פרטים אחרים כיוצא באלו:

Axioms of supernal justice: Moreover there are laws and ordered ways about all of these matters of judgement, in their generalities and in their specifics - like His Wisdom, may He be blessed, decreed about the times of judgement and their distinctions: For example, that which they, may their memory be blessed, said (Rosh Hashanah 16a), "The world is judged at four time periods" and that which they said (Rosh Hashanah 16a), "the King enters first, in order that the fury of His anger should abate." And likewise that which they said (Rosh Hashanah 16a), "Grain is judged with two judgments"; and the differences between before the verdict and after the verdict and many other details similar to these.

Five possessions did the Holy Blessed One, set aside as his own in this world, and these are they: The Torah, one possession; Heaven and earth, another possession; Abraham, another possession; Israel, another possession; The Temple, another possession. 1a) The Torah is one possession. From where do we know this? Since it is written, “The Lord possessed (usually translated as ‘created’) me at the beginning of his course, at the first of His works of old” (Proverbs 8:22). 2a) Heaven and earth, another possession. From where do we know this? Since it is said: “Thus said the Lord: The heaven is My throne and the earth is My footstool; Where could you build a house for Me, What place could serve as My abode? (Isaiah 66:1) And it says: “How many are the things You have made, O Lord; You have made them all with wisdom; the earth is full of Your possessions” (Psalms 104:24). 3a) Abraham is another possession. From where do we know this? Since it is written: “He blessed him, saying, “Blessed by Abram of God Most High, Possessor of heaven and earth” (Genesis 15:19). 4a) Israel is another possession. From where do we know this? Since it is written: “Till Your people cross over, O Lord, Till Your people whom You have possessed” (Exodus 15:16). And it says: “As to the holy and mighty ones that are in the land, my whole desire (possession) is in them” (Psalms 16:3). 5a) The Temple is another possession. From where do we know this? Since it is said: “The sanctuary, O lord, which your hands have established” (Exodus 15:17”, And it says: “And He brought them to His holy realm, to the mountain, which His right hand had possessed” (Psalms 78:54).

23So said the Lord of Hosts: In those days, when ten men of all the languages of the nations shall take hold of the skirt of a Jewish man, saying, "Let us go with you, for we have heard that God is with you."		כגכֹּֽה־אָמַר֘ יְהֹוָ֣ה צְבָאוֹת֒ בַּיָּמִ֣ים הָהֵ֔מָּה אֲשֶׁ֚ר יַֽחֲזִ֙יקוּ֙ עֲשָׂרָ֣ה אֲנָשִׁ֔ים מִכֹּ֖ל לְשֹׁנ֣וֹת הַגּוֹיִ֑ם וְֽהֶחֱזִ֡יקוּ בִּכְנַף֩ אִ֨ישׁ יְהוּדִ֜י לֵאמֹ֗ר נֵֽלְכָה֙ עִמָּכֶ֔ם כִּ֥י שָׁמַ֖עְנוּ אֱלֹהִ֥ים עִמָּכֶֽם:
ten men: from the seventy nations. This equals seven hundred for each corner. For the four corners of the tallith there will be two thousand and eight hundred.		עשרה אנשים: משבעים לשון הרי שבע מאות לכל כנף וכנף הרי לד' כנפי הטלית אלפים ושמונ' מאו':

Please Judah if a righteous gentile tries ‘to grasp your ‘tsi-sit’ and say: "Let me go with you, for I have heard that God is with you." Open your heart for him/her and share all our Torah. The Torah of Moshe Rabbeinu as it is written and spared and is teaches in the Tanach and all scripture of Rabbinical Judaism………
