Shaar Habitachon - Gate of Trust Introduction - Part 8: Stress Free

Together, Yehuda and Ephraim, we dedicate our learning in memory of the lives lost, and with prayers for the safe return of those held captive and for everyone affected by the ongoing violence in Israel. Everyday soldiers die. Please Pray that we stop the 'old politic' game and that the fighting goes on until all Eretz Yisrael is Jewish Sovereign and all terrorists are dead in and around Eretz Yisrael! Eretz Yisrael completely liberated.....! Then let us start to Pray and to talk about a new government system in Eretz Yisrael! That every Jew and non-Jew has to accept and respect Jewish Law. Voting's yes, but a new high Court system, a Sanhedrin, the Great Sanhedrin and the smaller Sanhedrin’s...... Jewish Law in all Eretz Yisrael. Praying for the Restoration of the Kingdom of Ephraim her unification with Yehuda so that we may become a real blessing for the whole world as it was in the time of the Kingdom of HaMeleg David. Gate of Trust takes us on a transformational journey towards genuine trust, guiding us to a state of tranquil reliance on the all-powerful and compassionate G-d. Studying this vital work shows us how to confront and even transform unpredictable and challenging events by exercising and implementing the messages of genuine unyielding trust in G-d.Gate of Trust takes us on a transformational journey towards genuine trust, guiding us to a state of tranquil reliance on the all-powerful and compassionate G-d. Material Benefits of Having Trust

Up until this point, the author has been listing the Torah advantages of bitachon. In the remainder of his introduction he will discuss the advantages that bitachon brings to a person in his materialistic pursuits:

The benefits of bitachon in worldly matters are as follows:

Stress Free

Among them is the peace of mind from the worries of the world, and tranquility from the nagging of the spirit and its pain, which is due to the person’s lack of obtaining his physical desires.

A person who does not have bitachon is never at peace, because he always feels that he is lacking.

But a person who has bitachon is at rest, feels secure, and is at peace in this world, as it is written (Jeremiah 17:7): Blessed is the man who trusts in the L-rd; the L-rd shall be his trust . And as the following verse says (ibid. 8): For he shall be like a tree planted by the water, and by a rivulet spreads its roots.

These verses are cited as proof that a person who has bitachon is at peace and is neither afraid nor worried even when “bad” befalls him, because he knows he is being taken care of.
