Michah (Micah) - Chapter 4:2
2And many nations shall go, and they shall say, "Come, let us go up to the Lord's mount and to the house of the God of Jacob, and let Him teach us of His ways, and we will go in His paths," for out of Zion shall the Torah come forth, and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.

Submission to the Head Council of Ephraim
When we speak about the “Head Council of the House of Ephraim,” we are referring to a council whose deepest desire is to come fully under the authority and guidance of a recognized Orthodox Jewish Beit Din or Sanhedrin. In all matters—especially those concerning Halachic decisions related to the Jewish people, Am Yisrael—the Head Council seeks to act with humility, submission, and respect toward the established Torah authority of Israel.

The Tefilah l’Shalom Medinat Yisra’el (“Prayer for the Welfare of the State of Israel”) was composed by Rabbi Yitsḥak haLevi Hertzog (1888-1959), edited by Shmuel Yosef (S.Y.) Agnon (1888-1970), and first published in the newspaper Ha-Tsofeh on 20 September 1948.
This prayer was instituted at the time by the Chief Rabbis of Israel, Rabbi Hertzog and Rabbi Ben Tsiyon Meir Ḥai Uziel. According to the custom of the Ashkenazic communities, the time for reciting the prayer was set between the end of the Torah reading and the haftara for the return of the Torah scroll to its place in the Holy Ark. In Sephardic communities, it is customary to recite the prayer at the time of the removal of the Torah scroll from the Holy Ark. (At this point in prayer, it was customary the prayer “Hanoten Tshuah”, blessing the ruler of the state and their immediate family.)
Because the State of Israel is referred to as “the beginning of the sprouting/growth of our redemption,” the prayer was not universally accepted. This expression, and the reservations about the state in general, are some of the reasons why non-Zionist and anti-Zionist Jews do not recite it in their synagogues. In fact, the recitation of this prayer and, to a lesser extent, the prayer for the safety of IDF soldiers, became one of the main differences between prayer in Ḥaredi synagogues and prayers in National Religious Zionist synagogues in Israel and in the Diaspora.

To all The Lost Sheep from the House the House of Israel over the whole
world,
Today’s learning is
dedicated to the memory of those killed on October 7, 2023. May their memories
be for a blessing.
October 7, 2023 was for the people of Israel the
starting point for Teshuvah. Resulting in Victory over our enemies……
As יששכר היימן is trying
to tell us,
> The world was
left open-mouthed by the Flydubai flight incident
> The
world was left open-mouthed by the elimination of Ismail Haniyeh
> The
world was left open-mouthed by the night of the UAVs
> The
world was left open-mouthed by the pager operation
> The
world was left open-mouthed by the elimination of Nasrallah
> The
world was left open-mouthed by a people rising like a lion
> The
world was left open-mouthed by the elimination of Khamenei
> The
world was left open-mouthed by the lion's roar
The world
realizes: this time, it’s different
Here,
there is a different people
Here,
there is a different country
Here,
there is something beyond statistics
Here,
there is extraordinary strength
Here,
there is a people of lions
Here,
there is a biblical people—literally
The end of the ‘Intifada’ in Israel! The ‘beginning’
of the ‘Intifada’ in the rest of the world.
More than 30 years back I immigrated to Israel, as a member of The Lost Sheep from
the House of Israel. I didn’t know better than that I am a Roman Catholic with
a Jewish Heart! Maybe because my mother said to me: You are a Jew. Before I
landed in Tel-Aviv 30 years back, I did Teshuvah for more than 10 years already.
I ‘studied’ on my own Torah. And had a Jewish Live on my own. Very lonely! Just before But I entered the Airplane, I read in Tehillim,
Chapter 87
6[When] the Lord counts in the script of the peoples
forever, [He will say,] "This one was born there."
Rashi: The Lord counts in the script of the peoples, “This one,
etc.”. This is a transposed verse, and סלה,
forever, which is said at the end, refers to the beginning: When the Lord
counts in the script of the peoples forever. That means that in the future,
when the Holy One, blessed be He, inscribes the nations for an abhorrence, He
will count the Israelites who are assimilated among them and those who were
coerced [to abandon Judaism] among them and extract them from their midst, and
[He shall] say, “This one was born of those of Zion,” and He will choose them
for Himself. This is what Isaiah says (66:21): “And from them, too, will I take
for priests and for Levites.” From the nations bringing them for tribute, I
shall take those assimilated among them. And there will be among them priests
and Levites who are unrecognizable, but they are revealed to Me, says the Lord.
Now where did He say it? (Deut. 29:28) “The secret things belong to
the Lord, our God.”
When arrived, I went immediately to the Chief Rabbinate in Jerusalem. For
help…… But they didn’t understand why I came to them because they were
convinced that I am Jewish and convinced me that I am Jewish. They saw in my
bird registry papers that I am Jewish and in the way I look……., kipa, pyjot and
tsitsiet…….
From the Chief Rabbinate in Jerusalem I went immediately to the Kotel. Thanking
HaShem and Praying for The Lost Sheep from the House of Israel that HaShem may
wake them up and bringing them together, all His Lost Sheep, into real Teshuvah……..
Later I Prayed most of the time on the Har HaBayit…… For all His Lost Sheep.
From the first day that
I was in Israel I started to Pray for the Lost Sheep from the House of Ephrayim
and the House of Judah. Brought in Prayer Requests. Started on the Kotel and
soon after on the Har HaBayit, every Sunday morning. In a video call. Now many
of them are Praying through the video call. For a many years already, Gaddi
Efrayim, is Praying on the Har HaBayit the WatchMen
Prayer in front of
the woman's court but outside the Temple area, on the Place where we brought in
the Pesach Korban in Temple Times.......
In 2014 I went for the first time to India. Gaddi Efrayim invited me for to
'introduce' me to the Lost Tribes, Efrayim...... I visited many places
(states): Maharashtra, Telangana, Karnataka, Andhra
Pradesh, Haryana, Jammu-And-Kashmir, West Bengal, Manipur
and Mizoram.
For me, the
trips to India were the nicest trips that I ever had outside the modern state
of Israel. I felt enormous the Love they have for me and all Jewish People.
Everywhere where I came, they asked me 'Please Ariel Represent us before the
Jewish People?'
On the end of my first trip, I told Gaddi: Please Gaddi organize yourselves?
Completely not depended on the Jews, Christians or whoever. But depending on
your study of Torah. Of course, we, the Jews shall help you with that......
Gaddi started immediately......
More than five years back Gaddi and I had a very long WhatsApp call. He was asking me 'Please Ariel we like to learn
and do ALL Jewish Halachah (Law!) can you help us with that? We like to learn
Shulchan Aruch from a good rabbi!'
I was in a shock....... Because I don't 'preach' that. Everyone has to decide
for themselves. But I realized, very well, that is the only way for Efraim to
come back and their Kingdom shall be restored. The way to come united with Yehudah
under the Leadership of Hameleg/Messiah ben David, under the scepter of Yehuda,
the Jews.
We can say on this moment Beit Yisrael International is 're-born' on the Har HaBayit....
Gaddi, the president, lay the foundation of Beit Yisrael International and made me the Representative and
vice president. Because the people from India asked that.
At this moment Beit
Yisrael International has around 1000 associated members.
I became a Havruta, a study friend in Torah (not a rabbi) of all these Tribes
of Yisrael in India. Infect we do together Torah like the Jews do. Via video
calls. And I am their ‘adviser’ and ‘counselor’. My job in general is I am
their Representative and Vice President of Beit Yisrael
International. With right they call themselves ‘Jewish
Orthodox Ephraimites’ – The first ones! Their desire is to come ‘completely’
under the Scepter of Yehudah – The Jews, Messiah Ben David.
This last Sukkot happened a lot in Israel, everything is changing in Israel and
over the whole world…… The greatest change: The ‘Intifada’ is leaving Eretz Yisrael.
But (Amalek) start to rise-up in the countries outside Israel.
According to Google AI,
'AI Overview
- Identity: In the Hebrew Bible, Amalek is the founder of the Amalekite nation, a grandson of Esau, or the territory his descendants inhabited. [1]
- Lineage: He is the descendant of Esau through his son Eliphaz and the concubine Timna. [1]
- Biblical Conflict: The Amalekites launched an unprovoked attack against the vulnerable Israelites as they traveled through the desert after leaving Egypt (Exodus 17). [1, 2]
- Divine Commandment: Because of this aggression, the Torah contains a commandment to blot out the memory of Amalek from under heaven (Deuteronomy 25). [1, 2]
- Key Historical Figures & Events:
- Joshua and Moses: Joshua led the military defense against the Amalekites while Moses prayed on a hill with Aaron and Hur (Exodus 17).
- King Saul and Samuel: Prophet Samuel instructed King Saul to destroy the Amalekites and all their possessions; Saul spared King Agag and the best livestock, prompting Samuel to execute Agag himself (1 Samuel 15).
- King David: David later fought and defeated the Amalekites after they raided Ziklag. [1, 2]'
I like to invite all the Lost Lost Sheep from Israel – over the whole world – to

HaBayit Jewish Sovereign for all Israel
There are many, many of you! Many ‘Anusim’ or people
with a totally different background who have the ‘knowledge’ that it is
impossible to come re-united with the Jews. But if we, all the Lost Lost Sheep from Israel, unite become a Ba’al
Teshuva in the House of Ephraim – The House of Ephraim (Beit Yisrael
International) - all the Lost Sheep from the House of Israel shall become very, very strong!
Together we
can help the Jews to become ‘the Scepter’, Messiah Ben David, of all Israel!
